Owners receive monthly statements.
Evictions
We process evictions, coordinate re-keying the home and late payments.
Online Applications
Tenants can apply online and pay for all application fees.
Security Deposits
We collect security deposits and first month rent and keep it safe in the Broker's Trust.
Walk Throughs
We do physical walk throughs at move in and move out. Both owner and tenant receive a copy.
Generate Estimates
We get competitive rates from fully licensed and insured contractors for all repairs. We also coordinate the repair process.
Owner Online Portals
Owners receive access to their online portal where they can view agreements, statements, etc.
Negotiate
Rental increases are negotiated during lease renewals with the tenant in person. Owner has final approval for rent increases.
Lease Agreements
Leases are prepared to enforce the landlord's terms in a fair way for all parties.
Utilities
We ensure tenants pay $38 a month to cover sewer and garbage on top of rent. Power, water and gas are all in tenants name.
AC Filters
Tenants pay $17 a month to replace filters. This is something we do at no cost to owners.
