Agent Referral

Make $700 When You Refer A Client To Us

Agent Referrals

Send The Rental Lister a client who would like to rent their home and you’ll get $700.00 at successful signing of our Property Management agreement. It’s that easy!

The listing referred by the agent is formally protected in writing, ensuring proper recognition of the referring agent’s involvement.

How It Works

  • Send us the client. Use the form on this page, or call 725.276.1644. We need their name and the property — that is enough to start.
  • The referral is recorded in writing before any conversation with your client goes further, so your involvement is documented rather than remembered.
  • We take it from there. A rental analysis, then marketing and leasing, screening and management if they proceed.
  • You are paid $700.00 at signing of the management agreement.

Why Refer Rather Than Manage It Yourself

Most sales agents do not want the 2 a.m. maintenance call, and managing property for an owner is a separately licensed activity in Nevada — it requires a property management permit from the Nevada Real Estate Division on top of a real estate license, not a real estate license alone. Referring keeps you out of that entirely while the client stays yours.

Your involvement is protected in writing at the point of referral rather than relied on afterwards, which is the part most referral arrangements get loose about. If you want that confirmed in specific terms before you send a client, ask — we would rather set it out up front.

Your Clients Will Get:

  • 26 years in business as a property manager, licensed in Nevada since 2000
  • Their property rents maximized
  • Quality tenants
  • Quality service
  • Quick response time
  • And much more!

Who Is a Good Fit

The referrals that work best are owners who are keeping a property rather than selling it: a client relocating out of state, an inherited home nobody wants to sell yet, a listing that has sat and would let far more easily than it sells, or a buyer picking up an investment property who has no intention of managing it themselves. We manage residential property across the valley — see areas we serve.

If your client wants to understand what they would be signing up for first, point them at what a property management company actually does or the pricing page. Our credentials — Nevada real estate license S.0045930 and property management permit PM.0145930 — are set out on our services page, and both are verifiable through the Division’s public records.
