Owner Online Portals

Owners receive access to their online portal where they can view agreements, statements, etc.

Negotiate

Rental increases are negotiated during lease renewals with the tenant in person. Owner has final approval for rent increases.

Lease Agreements

Leases are prepared to enforce the landlord's terms in a fair way for all parties.

Maintenance

Tenants are responsible for pool, grass and/or desert landscaping at their expense. We pick the vendor and charge this separately when the tenant pays rent.

Utilities

We ensure tenants pay $38 a month to cover sewer and garbage on top of rent. Power, water and gas are all in tenants name.

AC Filters

Tenants pay $10 a month to replace filters. This is something we do at no cost to owners.
